In these terms and conditions, "we," "us," and "our" refer to Kegoo Beauty. Your access to and use of all information on this website, including the purchase of our products, are subject to the following terms and conditions. 

We reserve the right to modify this Notice at any time, and your continued use of the website after any amendments signifies your agreement to be bound by the revised terms and conditions at any time. Therefore, we recommend that you review these terms and conditions each time you access our website.

By making a purchase on this website, you, the purchaser acknowledge and agree that your order is subject to the Terms and Conditions outlined on the website.

1. Product Description and Usage

 Kegoo Beauty   Massage Oil is a repackaged version of PhytoV Essential Oil Blend and Carrier Oil.  It is intended for external use only and we are not liable if any of our products are consumed internally.  Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes. 

· Test the product on a small area of skin before full application to ensure no allergic reactions occur.

· Discontinue use if irritation or adverse reactions occur and consult a healthcare professional if necessary.

2. Safety and Storage

• Keep  out of reach of children. *Store  in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.

3. Liability

• Kegoo  Beauty is not liable for any damages or adverse effects resulting from  misuse of the product.  Users assume all risks associated with the use of Kegoo Beauty Essential Massage Oil.

4. Amendments

• Kegoo Beauty reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time.      Users will be notified of any changes via the website or email.

Our Website Services

1. Our services are provided to adults over the age of eighteen (18) years. By  proceeding to purchase through our website, email inquiry and purchase, you acknowledge that you are over 18 years of age.
2. All  prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are exclusive of GST. We  endeavour to ensure that our price list is current. If you have placed an  order and we do not have sufficient stock to full your order, we reserve  the right to cancel your order should our prices change. 

Product Descriptions

1. We aim to provide accurate descriptions of our Essential Oil blend products on  our website and labels. However, we do not guarantee the accuracy of these  descriptions. If we identify any inaccuracies, we reserve the right to  correct any errors or omissions. 
2. Images  have been provided for illustrative purposes only and we do not guarantee  that any image will reproduce in true colour nor that any given image will  reflect or portray the full design or options relating to that product.

Product Orders

1. While we strive to keep our products list up to date, we cannot guarantee the  availability of any product advertised on our website. 
2. All  prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are exclusive of GST. Our price  list can be accessed from our home page, and we reserve the right to amend  our prices as the need arises. However, Packaging and shipping is at an  additional charge, calculated at time of purchase.
3. When  you order from us, we require you to provide your name, address for  delivery, your email address, telephone contact and credit card details.  We undertake to keep your details safe as much as possible; however, in  providing us with such information you accept that we are not liable for its misuse due to error in transmission or virus, malware and cyber-attack.
4. We  undertake to accept or reject your order within Seven (7) days. If we have  not responded within this time frame, your offer is considered rejected. While , we are not obligated to provide reasons for rejecting offer, the most  common reason is likely due to the products being unavailable.
5. The  delivery of your ordered products will be conducted as outlined on our  website. Ownership of the goods transfer to you once we have received  payment. Our payments terms are detailed on the order page and T & C.
6. All  risk of loss or damage to the goods transfers to you upon dispatch. 
7. We  are not responsible for any errors made by the purchaser during the  ordering process. Additionally, we are not liable for failed deliveries or automatic returns resulting from incorrect or incomplete information  provided by the purchaser.

         * It is the responsibility of the purchaser to ensure their order is correct, including the option      

          variables chosen on each product on our website.                                                                       

          * Additionally, the purchaser is responsible for ensuring the Name and Delivery Address is     

            completed and correct (including Shop Name, Shop Number, Unit Number, Factory Number, 

            Apartment Number etc.). 

         * The purchaser must also ensure the Contact Phone Number and Email address is complete 

           and correct. 

        8. The  purchaser is responsible for ensuring that the products purchased on the  website are 

            compatible. It is the purchaser’s responsibility to review the  products descriptions and verify 

            that the bottle size is compatible with the size of the Essential Massage Oil purchased. 

Shipping, Freight & Delivery:

1. If you do not want our courier to leave your order in a safe place if the  delivery address is unattended, the purchaser must add a note to their order saying "Do Not Leave". It is the purchaser’s  responsibility to communicate this requirement to us prior to paying for their order. (Bulk purchase ranging from 5kilos)
2. Unless  specified by the customer, parcels will be left in a safe place if the delivery address is left unattended - The purchaser is required to take  note of the process to undertake if the purchaser does or does not want  their parcel to be left in a safe place. We are not liable for any parcels  being left unattended if the purchaser has not provided us with complete  delivery instructions. We are also not liable for any parcels being taken  to a collection point if the purchaser has not provided us with complete  delivery instructions.
3. Once the purchaser’s order is dispatched by Kegoo Beauty, they will receive an  email with tracking details. From the moment the purchaser’s order is  dispatched, it is their responsibility to track their order and be present for delivery or if they can not be present for delivery, to collect their order from the collection point.

         4. We will use Standard / Regular Post Rates when processing your order. There is a $125 order 

             value threshold that must be met in order to qualify for this free shipping offer.

  This free shipping does not include Express Post. Failure to Collect Order from Collection Point:

             If the purchaser fails to be present at the time of delivery and fails to collect their order from 

             the collection point within the given time frame, their order will be automatically sent back to 

             us. As a result of this, there will be a return fee incurred by the purchaser. Once the order is

             returned to us, we will invoice the purchaser for this and they will be liable to pay within 5 

              business days. If the purchaser requires their order to be sent to them again after it is 

              returned to us, there will be an additional freight fee incurred by the purchaser.

Pricing  

     1.   All prices are based on a minimum unit  per bottle v (except where indicated).  Retail prices are       

            excluding GST.

      2.   For  orders greater than 5kg for essential oils discount prices are available on application.   All    

            prices are GST excluded. Please note all prices may fluctuate and all prices will be confirmed  

            on placement of  order.  Kegoo Beauty will take into consideration customers circumstances 

            and may waiver the minimum order quantity.  Please choose the Oils you would like to order 

            and the quantity. Please reply with this information to the email,  kegoo766@gmail.com.   

Please add the following information:  1. Company name / full personal name   2. 2. delivery address

contact details.   Kegoo Beauty will then issue and invoice for payment. 

     3.    Payment details are indicated on the invoice. Once payment  has been received your order will 

            be dispatched. For wholesale order:  Minimum Order Value - $500 excluding GST or   

            equivalent of 5Kg  Freight charges are dependent on the oils you chose as some essential Oils 

           are flammable liquid class III oils. These materials need to be transported in a particular way 

           conforming to the directions on the products material  safety data sheet (MSDS/SDS). To 

           comply with these requirements, we can only send these oils via an accredited  courier. These 

           couriers charge an excess for this service which Kegoo Beauty is unable to absorb. A special 

           freight  charge of $100 GST excl will be added to any order that contains these oils. These oils 

           are indicated with an asterix  * next to the name.  

Unless prior credit arrangements have been made all orders shall be subject to payment prior to 

order dispatch. If  you have a credit agreement in place, payment will be accepted within and until 30 days from date of invoice.  Payment can be made by Visa, Mastercard, or direct deposit.    If prior arrangements have not been made, administration charges of 5% will be applied to ALL invoices falling in  the 60-90 day bracket. Subsequent orders will be retained within our warehouse until outstanding payments have  been made.  ALL GOODS REMAIN THE PROPERTY OF KEGOO BEAUTY UNTIL PAID IN FULL  An order cannot be cancelled unless upon terms that compensate Kegoo Beauty for any materials procured or  costs incurred in the fulfillment of such order up to and including the date of cancellation.   \

Unless notified in writing within 24 hours of receipt of goods by the purchaser, the vendor shall accept no  responsibility for defective packaging, spillage, breakages or any used products.  

The vendor shall accept no liability for product complaints or losses that occur as a result of  further processing of  the goods except in accordance with the vendors instructions in writing.   

DELIVERY   

 1.       Prices include free delivery within Australia for orders over $550.00 GST excl. Unless otherwise 

           stated all goods  shall be freighted using Kegoo Beauty appointed freight agent and invoiced 

           with the goods.   Kegoo Beauty will take no responsibility for any problems arising due to freight 

           delays.  

           Allow 7 working days for delivery to capital cities and major regional centres on the eastern 

           seaboard.  

           For oversea shipment, we will notify you accordingly as per freight estimated delivery date by 

           the courier company.  

Notes   Due to seasonal variation essential oils may vary in chemical composition, colour and odour from season to season.   Difference in the origin and purity of botanical material, distillation apparatus and storage conditions can also have  a significant effect on quality.   To minimize these variations many oils are subject to standards set by government authorities or the supplier.  Where such standards do exist, Kegoo Beauty will supply oils to our customer’s specifications. Whilst most  essential oils are supplied as single distilled, some oils are subject to further processing to remove impurities or  standardize their composition for specific applications.   This can entail a variety of processes ranging from filtering and blending to re-distillation, fractionation,  reconstitution and bleaching.   

              Prices may change without notification due to seasonal variation or supply.  

Excluded Territories At the moment: America and Noth America

This policy does not provide any cover, and does not include any liability to pay any claim or provide any benefit hereunder, in respect of any risk related to Russia and/or Belarus and/or Ukraine

• Withdraw and cancel services, and make financial transactions.
• Manage customer expectations, such as liability for information errors or website downtime.
• Explain your copyright rules, such as attribution, adaptation, commercial or non-commercial use, etc.
• Set rules for user behavior, like forbidding unlawful behavior, hate speech, bullying, promotions, spam, etc.
• Disable user accounts.
• Write down any other terms or conditions that protect you or your audience.
